About
After 30+ years in the marketing I realized that I needed to do something that better aligned with who I am as an individual. My passions lies at the intersection of art, design, health, wellness and creative expression.
I believe that we are all biologically, mentally, spiritually and psychologically distinct (bio-individuality) and that unless we take this into account when developing whole health programs we will always struggle to find what we are looking for (want) and deserve (goal) in whole health.
So, I finally launched my health, nutrition and fitness coaching practice (HALE) so I can dedicate all my time empowering clients into mindful healthy living and getting to root causes that undermine whole health.
Now, I get to marry my 30+ years of experience in human centered design, design thinking, strategy and data with my 10+ years of experience in health and wellness so I can make a difference in peoples lives.
There is no one size fits all approach when I partner with you on your whole health journey. I am always listening, learning, optimizing and taking action.
The body, mind and spirit have the wisdom to be whole and healthy. In it’s wisdom it is always looking for homeostasis.
Our job is to support it with what it needs through the food (nutrition) we eat, the movements (fitness) we do and how we think and behave (mind and spirit).
By listening to its wisdom, learning from it and taking action we achieve whole health.
