Areas of Focus

Over the years I have cultivated and refined several areas of focus, practice, skills, passions and expertise that I feel resonate with clients but that also help clients and prospects identify a starting point in their journey into mindful health living.

Below are but a few areas I work on with clients that are making a real difference in their lives.

Bio-individuality is paramount in my practice. Personalization of services and programs is a real strength of mine. Every program I offer starts with a lengthy discovery sessions where I gather what is needed to develop a bespoke program for you.
